About Us

CPG is an independent physician group nestled in the foothills of the Ozark Mountains. We have seven clinics in Northwest Arkansas and Northeast Oklahoma, with 18 medical providers. We have a long-standing, successful and multi-specialty practice, including family medicine, obstetrics and pediatrics. Our clinics feature the latest technology, including electronic medical records and practice management, modern laboratory, digital imaging systems and video telecommunication system.
