CPG is an independent physician group nestled in the foothills of the Ozark Mountains. We have Ten clinics in Northwest Arkansas and Northeast Oklahoma, with 27 medical providers. We have a long-standing, successful and multi-specialty practice, including family medicine, obstetrics and pediatrics.
