John Caswell, MD

Dr. Caswell specializes in medical care for newborns, children, adults, and the elderly.

He completed his residency training in family practice in June 2006 at AHEC Northwest Family Practice in Fayetteville, AR. Dr. Caswell received his medical degree from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in Shreveport, Louisiana.

Catherine Casey, APN

Catherine Casey is an Advanced Practice Nurse and board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She provides medical care for newborns, children, adults and geriatrics in all areas including wellness exams, acute care, chronic care and minor office procedures. She has a special interest in women's health and chronic disease management.

She graduated from the University of Arkansas in 1997 with a Bachelor of Nursing degree and worked as a Registered Nurse until obtaining her Master of Nursing Science degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 2002.
