Rex Harris, MD

Dr. Harris joined the Community Physicians Group in the summer of 2017.  He holds a BS in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from the University of AR, Little Rock and medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.

He completed his residency in Family Medicine in Waco Texas, and became Board Certified in 2017.

Scott Stinnett, MD

Dr. Stinnett is a Family Practitioner that started in private practice in 1989 at the Siloam Springs Medical Center.

He completed medical school at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, Little Rock, AR in 1986.  He went on to complete his family practice residency at the University of Oklahoma Tulsa Medical College in Tulsa, Ok.  He is also one of the founding members of the Community Physicians Group in 1998.


Roger Youmans, MD

Dr. Youmans is a Family Practitioner that started in private practice in 1995 at the Siloam Springs Medical Center.

He attended medical school 1988-1989 at Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Ok. and completed in 1992 at the University of Oklahoma, Tulsa Medical College.  He then finished his internship and family practice residency at Hillcrest Hospital In His Image Family Practice Clinic in Tulsa, OK.


Stacy Johnson, APRN

Stacy is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who provides quality and individualized care for all ages across the lifespan. She particularly enjoys caring for families and would welcome yours. She provides a variety of services including wellness exams, employment and DOT physicals, sports physicals, illness and urgent care, family planning services, GeneSight testing, and many minor office procedures including IUD and Nexplanon services. Her approach to care is one of improving and maintaining health while identifying and correcting the underlying case of disease symptoms.

Stacy has been caring for patients since the age of 16 and has over 25 years of combined nursing and medical experience. She received her Masters Degree in Nursing from Chamberlain University in 2018. She has proudly served in the Siloam Springs area and lived in the community for the past 3 years.

Christopher Patrick Martin, APRN

Patrick is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who joined CPG in April 2023. He grew up in Virginia and has lived in Kansas for the past 20 years. He holds a BA in Counseling and Theology from Appalachian Bible College in WV, a BSN in Nursing from Newman University in Wichita, KS, and a Masters degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Wichita State University in Wichita, Kansas, graduating in 2013.

Patrick provides care for newborns, children, adults and seniors. Patrick has many interests including mental health for adults and adolescents, orthopedic issues including joint injections, sports physicals, wellness exams, enjoys in office procedures, and especially loves taking care of children and families. He is DOT certified. His approach to care includes recognizing the connection between one's physical, mental and emotional health, identifying areas of improvement, and collaborating with the patient for improved health.
